Gulshan Grover is a very familiar name in the Bollywood film Industry.
EARLY LIFE He was born in Rampura Jorbagh, New Delhi on 21 September 1955 and studied in Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Gulshan always had a desire to become famous and wanted to be the lead hero but later attained popularity as a villian in movies.
He is also a member of the International Film And Television Club of Asian Academy Of Film And Television, Noida Film City.
CAREER Gulshan has acted in more than 300 movies. In 1981 he appeared in the Sanjay Dutt starer Rocky(1981). All the movies in which he has acted were big hits. For instance, Anil Kapoor's Sadma(1983), Rajesh Kahnna's Avtaar (1983), Ram Lakhan (1989), Akshay Kumar's Mohra(1994), Criminal (1995), Gangster(2006) and many more.
In Shah Rukh Khan's Yes Boss, Ram Jaane and Duplicate, Grover played negative roles and got a lot of appreciation for them all. In 2008, he did a Punjabi movie Yaariyan by Gurdas Mann.
He did the sequel of Disney's The Jungle Book, which brought him in the limelight. He was the first Bollywood actor who did a Telivision Commercial under a Washington-based company.
He has worked in two internatinal movies: a Tibetan movie We’re No Monks and the Italian Les, Mystères de Sadjurah. In the movie adaptation of the comic book 'Nephilim', Gulshan will be seen as one of the characters; he is play the bad guy, Azazel.
At the Italian Grand Prix held at Monza, Gulshan was the celebrity guest. The Police Inspector's role in 'Slumdog Millionaire' was offered to him; he rejected it.
