Ileana D’Cruz is originally a Mangalorean born in Mumbai and now living in Goa. She was born on 19th August 1987. Her father Ronaldo Leo is a Roman Catholic and a lawyer by profession. Her mother is a Muslim. Ileana comes from a large family with five siblings.

Ileana D’Cruz landed her first movie when she was noticed in a Fair and Lovely ad. She played Bhanumathi in Devadasu (2006) which was a commercial success. Puri Jagannadh’s Pokiri (2006) with Mahesh Babu was another hit on her list.
She then made her debut in Tamil cinema with Kedi (2006).
She was seen in movies like Munna (2007) and Jalsa (2008). In 2009, she will be seen in Saleem, Kick and Local.
