Karen Shenaz David, also known as KD, was born in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. She is of mixed heritage. Her father is from Chennai while her mother is partly Chinese. Her growing up years were spent in Toronto, Canada. She studied at the Guildford School of Acting in London.
Karen David’s Work
Karen David worked in the musical Mamma Mia!. She has also played parts in movies like The Colour of Magic and Flight of Fury. She was the lead actress in The Scorpion King 2: Rise of a Warrior.
She explored her musical side when she worked with A.R.Rahman for the musical Bombay Dreams and Provoked. She has also released a single called “It’s Me You Are talking To”. Her first album is titled Me Vs Me.
