Mollie Rose grew up in Boca Raton, Florida. Her interest in television began at the young age of 9, when the local NBC Affiliate did a story on her Community Service Project collecting hats for children with cancer. From this coverage, Mollie received many more hats than she expected and realized what a positive impact the media can have on society.
