Purab Kohli’s first movie was Bus Yun Hi (2003) with Nandita Das. He took on roles in movies like Supari (2003), Vastu Shastra (2004) and 13th Floor (2005).
In 2005, he played a homosexual man whose boyfriend is diagnosed with AIDS and turns into a social pariah in Onir’s My Brother Nikhil.
