Ronit Bose Roy is a Libran, born on 11th October 1965 to Brotindranath and Dolly Bose Roy. He has a younger brother Rohit Roy who is also an actor.
Ronit Roy is married to Neelam Singh, who was a model and an actress. They have two children Aadore and Agastya. By his first marriage, he has a daughter called Ona.
At the start of his career, he acted in a few movies but found more success on the small screen.

Ronit Roy’s debut was with Jaan Tere Naam (1992). He was seen in Hulchul (1995) and Kisna (2005). He was part of Dus Kahaniyan (2007) which was a montage of ten short films by various directors.
In the early part of 2009, he was seen in a guest role in Luck By Chance (2009) and his next release is Sudipto Chattopadhyaya’s Pankh (2009) which also stars Bipasha Basu and Mahesh Manjrekar.
Ronit Roy on Television
Ronit Roy bagged some meaty roles in various Ekta Kapoor serials like Rishabh Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagi Kay (2002), as Mihir in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhie Bahu Thi (2002), a brief appearance in Kavyanjali (2005) and Kasamh Se (2007).
After appearing on the dance show Jhalak Dikhla Ja (2007) and playing the part of Bheeshma in Kahaani Hamaaray Mahabharat Ki (2008), he will be seen as Dharamraj in Bandini (2009), which will be aired on NDTV Imagine.
