Sana Nawaz is a very popular and successful actress in Pakistani and Punjabi cinema. She was discovered by director Syed Noor and it opened the doors to Lollywood.
BASICS
Sana Nawaz was born in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan on April 26th 1972. She worked in TV serials for sometime. Sana loves sports, swimming, squash and riding. She has an older sister Rehana who is also an actress. She got married on December 13th 2008 to an actor named Fakhar Imam.
CAREER
Sana Nawaz made her debut in the film Jannat Ki Talash(1999) which did not have good results. Her next film was Yeh Dil Aap Ka Huwa(2002) which was a great hit and brought her a lot of name and fame in the Lollywood industry. It was followed by a few more movies like Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana and Kyun Tumse Itna Pyar Hai in 2005 and Kaafila(2006). They proved to be big hits. Her 2007 release Kaafila also included Sunny Deol in the starcast.
