Indian judiciary system, if at all there is one, has failed once again in locking up a good human being for holding guns some 15 years ago. India to date, is a country, run by political thugs, who can get away with atrocious crimes, but, yet can politicise an event of no consequence and victimise a gentle human being. Come on guys, Mahatma Gandhi was born in India (or South Africa?), but the country is yet to deliver any of his principles and high moral grounds. What Indian judiciary has done to Sanjay Dutt, is similar to what the Aussie system did for Dr. Khaleel or Dr haneef?? Sanjay has endured enough sufferings in the last 15 years, has been punished every single day of the last 15 years. If this verdict is not reversed, I will stick to my philosophy that India still remains an underdeveloped country like any of the African states, run by thugs.
