BASICS Sumanth was born on February 9th 1975 in Andhra Pradesh. Actor Akkineni Nagarjuna is his uncle and his grandfather is Akkineni Nageswara Rao. He completed his schooling in 1992 from Hyderabad Public School and received his B.A degree in Film from Columbia College in Chicago. He stays in Hyderabad with his grandparents.
The actor was married to actress Keerthi Reddy in 2004. The couple divorced in 2006.
