Sushant Singh is an extremely talented Indian actor.
BASICS
Sushant Singh comes from Binor District in Uttar Pradesh and finished his schooling from a residential public school in Nainital called Birla Vidya Mandir. He did his Post Graduation in English Literature from Kirorimal College. Sushant was always involved in Fine Arts.
He is one of the members of the International Film And Television Club of Asian Academy Of Film & Television.
FILM CAREER
Sushant is always seen doing a variety of roles. It ranges from Capt. Jalal Akbar's role in Lakshya (2004) to Gotiya in Josh (2000). In Ram Gopal Varma's Satya and Jungle he played the role of Pakya Durga Narayan Chaudhary. His performance in Jungle was appreciated.
Some of his other movies were Hulla (2008), Mukhbiir (2008), Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag (2007), Red (2007), d (2007), Samay: When Time Strikes (2003), Matrubhoomi (2003), Darna Mana Hai (2003), Dum (2003), The Legend of Bhagat Singh (2002) and 16 December (2002).
He has a handful of movies releasing this year, they are: Idiot Box (2009), Lahore (2009), Musaa (2009), The Channel X (2009) and Baabarr (2009). And the recent releases are Mohan Das (2009) and Toss (2009).
He won the Popular Award Performance in a Negative Role for Jungle (2000) and was nominated for the Screen Best Supporting Actor for The Legend of Bhagat Singh (2002) and Jungle (2000).
