Director Soundarya R Ashwin is leaving no stone unturned to make sure Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kochadaiyaan is nothing short of a stunner. The director, who has already roped in the best from the industry for all departments, is said to have roped in as many as 150 persons in the art department.
A press release said that Soundarya had handpicked a total of 42 students from the Fine Arts College in Chennai for the task. Besides this, 50 experienced persons from Kumbakonam Fine Arts College and 60 concept artistes are also working on this film.
All these artistes are working under art director Velu, who is busy erecting grand sets for the period film which revolves around the lives of kings, played by Rajinikanth, Jackie Shroff, Sarath Kumar and Nassar.
Kochadaiyaan which has music by A R Rahman also stars Bollywood siren Deepika Padukone, Aadhi and Shobana among others.
