Akhil Akkineni, son of Nagarjuna and Amala, will be appearing as a hero in films next year, according to the latest buzz from Annapurna Studios. It is believed that all efforts are being made to get Akhil ready for his debut in Tollywood. At present, he is being given special training in acting, martial arts, and dance in the United States.
Akhil had debuted in films as a child artiste in the remake of Baby’s Day Out called Sisindri in Telugu, which was a box office success. Later, he was kept away from films so that he could concentrate on studies.
But he was making occasional appearances before the public in celebrity cricket tournaments and film functions. Now in his teens, Akhil is being mentored into a full-fledged actor and is all set to become yet another hero from Akkineni family.
