Challenging Star Darshan’s fans have urged producer Soorappa Babu to apologize for the remarks he made against Darshan’s father, late Toogudeepa Srinivas.
Recently a 45 second video was released on Youtube, where Soorappa Babu was seen drunk and was seen making derogatory comments about Toogudeepa Srinivas. A news channel broke this news and Darshan’s fans were agitated to hear Soorappa Babu’s remarks.
Members of Darshan’s fan clubs recently protested against Soorappa Babu in front of the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce. The associations had urged Soorappa Babu to apologize for making bad remarks about Srinivas and have planned a state wide protest on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Soorappa Babu has apologised publicly on TV and has said that he was in a bad state when he uttered those words.
The Karnataka Film Producers Association has also condemned Soorappa Babu’s.
