Roopesh Peethambaran, who entered into the world of cinema by playing Mohanlal’s childhood in the superhit movie Spadikam, is all set to turn director, and is said to have roped in Dulquar Salman for his debut movie.
Dulquar, who is quite happy with his debut movies Second Show and Usthad Hotel emerging big hits, is said to join the sets of this new project soon. The film, which is yet to be titled, is scripted by Roopesh himself.
Roopesh is planning to bring in a relatively fresh crew though the cast will include actors like Sreenivasan, Riya, Vinay fort and Anu Mohan. Hari Nair will be in charge of camera while Robby Abraham will score music to lyrics penned by Rafeeq Ahamed.
The movie is expected to hit the floors on August 5.
