Actor turned producer Jaggesh is all set to venture into direction. His directorial debut titled Guru will have his son Gururaj in the lead.
The director who left for Mantralaya today will be holding a special pooja there, for the film’s success.
The shoot for the film is scheduled to start a month after his return. And sources say that the film is based on some of the incidents in the actor’s life. Screenplay will be written by writers from Kollywood.
Sources also add that Gururaj has been training hard for the role. He has reduced weight and has also learnt kick-boxing in Bangkok.
The team is still on the look-out for the leading lady, but rumours are that mallu actress Bhama is being considered for the role.
Vinaychandra who had earlier scored music for Jaggesh’s Bodyguard and Manjunatha BA LLB will be scoring the music for the film.
