Director Pandiraj's Marina may not have exactly set the box office alight, but won a lot of critical acclaim. Now the Siva Karthikeyan-starrer is headed for Andhra Pradesh.
It is said that the Telugu version would hit the screens with more number of prints, when compared to its Tamil original.
Sources said that the film will be released as Marina in Telugu with the tagline 'The Beach'.
Though it is felt that the film is Chennai-centric, it came with a message, about child education, and that may be used to woo the Telugu audiences.
Siva Karthikeyan was paired with Oviya in the film and there were a horde of characters in the flick, which perked up proceedings.
