It was Darshan’s wife who set the norm of extravagant gifting in Sandalwood by presenting her husband with a Jaguar. Sudeep’s wife Priya and Ganesh’s wife Shilpa followed her footsteps and presented their husbands with some expensive gifts, which hit the headlines.
Priyanka has now joined the long list of star wives, by presenting her husband Upendra with a Jaguar on the eve of his birthday (Sept 17).
Priyanka said that she had been saving money to present a car to her hubby. Upendra is not very fascinated by cars, but Priyanka still managed to surprise him by presenting him the stylish and costly vehicle.
Upendra said he was pretty surprised to see the present from his wife. ‘I went for a long drive and was pretty much excited.’
