Not that I totally understood the rest of the movie.. but the ending. How and when does john loose his 2 fingers and what happens to his antaratma.

I dont full understand the no smoking movie  , so cant say if tis a full copy or an adaptation ..

I dont know if I am correct or not, but missing finger shows that every thing that happnd with his friend ranvir actually happnd with him, movie doent show that but it jus signify that he lost his fingers and persuade others to join rehab i.e. he can get his fingers back!

I am confused about one part, when john goes on new years eve to smoke at the forum where he find all ppl suffering from paresh's rehab...he points his finger to paresh everyone hits paresh and when he get down to get inside the ppl he get back to tub/ or siberia...wat was that??
