Amitabh Bachchan: Indian Cinema's Gangster Group
Pros:1970-1975 Hrishkesh and jaya Badhuri[poor woman]
Cons:Everything else[specially abiwariya ]
I want to talk about a a very over publicized self prominent     super star of Indian Cinema who proclaims  himself to be the star of the millenium. But nobody other than Indians have  ever even heard of him. Contrary to   Mithun, Sharukh Khan, and Aamir khan who are well known in the western     hemisphere because of their artistic achievement like Mrigaya, Swades and Lagaan. But Amitabh has not made a single movie which has ever been recognised as     a classic on the international stage unlike Titli, Devdas and Rang de Basanti(both are bafta nominated) and Titli was internatioanlly awarded. But the indian media insists   on portraying him as the face of Bollwyood which he is not either artistically or commercially.

Artistically Dilip Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Shashi Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty, Ashok Kumar and Aamir Khan are much better actors than him.     Commercially Sharukh Khan is the biggest name in India cinema at the moment who can make a hit out of even     a third rate televevison programme KBC. So where does Amitabh Bachchan figure in the current stage of Indian cinema? Is a question I would like to ask the critics.     The last 10 movies he has made have all been artistic and commercial disaster starting from Ajnabee to Nisahbd.

The worst ever performance by an Indian super star in a movie was given by Amitabh as demented delusional man that he has become in real life in the Darna Zaroori Hai which is one of the worst films ever made in the world. Even the   third rate porn movies made in India are better than his latest movie Nishabd which   is a essentially a soft pornographic self indulgence by a man suffering from     delusion of grandeur in his   last days. Even Ek Lavya is one of the biggest artistic and commercial disaster ever made, which flopped despite the biggest media hype in recent times ...lol[bye bye taran adarsh and rediff critics ,how much did they pay you]

As far as for his past achievements he made worthwhile cinema in the early 70s with Hrishkesh   Mukherji and Prakash Mehra and also Dulal Guha. But all his movies are Multi-starrers where he is most of the time playing     supporting actor to other actors  like Sholay and Kabhie Kabhie where Dharamendra and Shashi Kapoor have made mince meat of him as did Vinod Khanna in Mukadder ka sikander.

He could not even touch Rajesh Khanna in Anand or Namak Haram, much less Dilip Sab in Shakti where he is totally made to look like an   amateur iin front of ths great thespian.

He made his come back after flopping badly in late 80 s with very bad movies like Ajooba, Mard, toofan, Naastik  and Girafter which were total commercial and artistic failures.

His first decent movie was Agneepath with Mithun Chakraborty where Mithun is much better than him, but he had already spread the lies about Chakraborty being a poor man Amitabh to sabotage the great Bengali actors image.     This was done by his media buddies because of the power games and  dirty    politics which rages like a typhoid fever in Bollywood.

Amitabh is  blessed   with having a very prominent family background with political connection with the mighty Gandhi family who helped him despite the fact his first 20 movies badly flopped up to Zanjeer.     His father Harivansh Rai Bachchan was Indiras Gandhis closest friend and his casting in Saath Hindustani was done by Ahmed Khawaja Abbas(Shahid kapoor grand father) on a letter of recommendation from Mrs Indira Gandhi. But Mithun Chakraborty has never had that privilege of being touted by political or Bollywood power houses like Yash Raj or Sippys films who were responsible for giving Amitabh his super status.

The recent circumstances and scandals surrounding the Bachchans family corruptiopn including Mr Abhishek Bachchan forced stardom, which is secondary to the media hype induced by his father and the scandalised behaviour with Mr Amar Singh and the controversial wedding itself has left half of the Indians and the industry itself  totally antagonised by his unfriendly and disgusting behaviour. This by itself reflects his shallow personality and character compared to other great Bollwyood legend like Ashok Kumar and Dilip kumar.     I would want to draw you attention to the fact that role model award given to Mithun Chakraborty in the presence of Amitabh Bachchan sitting in the function totally flabbergasted him during the stardust event which showed on the facial expressions of Mr Bachchan and Mrs Rai..lol

I wonder how Amitabh Bachchan managed to convince the jury to give him best national actor award for Black in preference to Mithun Chakraborty’s Kaalpurush. When the only good performance in Black was by the child artist. He’s is also now trying his best to get international recognition by signing movies with Deepa Mehta and Mira Nair but I do not think it is going to help his sagging image and failed career presently.     So basically Mr Bachchan you are now a poorly flopped old man who is  detested by the majority of Indians world wide and it will be good for you to accept it and retire while there is still sometime to save your character and image from total  desecration

 (Amen)

and if i were you i would stop trying to sabotage hritik and shahrukh as your nin compoop son can never get to   a fraction of their stature

any     NU ARE MOST welcome ...lol
