the promos for D:2 are out. and hrithik is going to steal the show i guess.and this movie will give him a new height as an action hero.

I have seen the trailers. Hritik looked too good. Abhishek is no match for him. Hritik is going to steal the show this time.

lets see... i am not sure of who creates more magic on screen... i wud put by bets on abhishek.. the guy looks awesome in a rough-tough kind of role... sarkar, yuva, dus, dhoom... i hope this movie gives him sufficient chance... hrithik has been a dancing star (well more or less :-)... he has been dancing in all his movies and ads... i dont remember him doing great in any movie other than his father's (yeah.. lakshya was okay)...

I agree with dinrat...although hrithik looks good in promos, i have doubts about him being able to stand against Abhishek. All he is good for is dancing... and i hope sanjay gadhvi keeps his role limited to that.

well dinrat I dont agree maybe you have forgoten Hrithik's amazing serious roles in Fiza and Lakshya!

and no doubt he is the best dancer in Bollywood!

and by the way hrithik is the highest paid actor in bollywood too!!!!!

i m just too eager 2 watch d2 n let me tel u only coz of hrithik...theres nothing so special abt abhishek in d movie for which u'll wait desperately....but hrithik definitely yes.

we will see :-), though i am planning to watch it in gold class of pvr-blr... it will be worth it!... regarding hrithik being highest paid actor i dont think it reflects in his acting capabilities... he is being paid more than amitabh and aamir as well, do you really think he is better than them?!... i guess this is again hype and hoopla created by reliance who is entering into organized entertainment market... they have a lot of money from reliance industries to back it up...

the reason i am not a big fan of hrithik is that he cannot do well in two kinds of roles... 1) emotional - somehow i find him almost weepy delivering emotional dialogues 2) comedy - he is not that funny to me, yes he is the best dancer bollywood has ever seen and very stylish and almost a hunk (though most of his movies have capitilized in his dancing skills)...

2-3 yrs back same could be said abt abhishek also, he could not emote/ do comedy/ even dance!... but off late i have seen tremendous transformation, yuva/ dhoom/ sarkaar/ bunty aur babli/ bluff master have changed my opinion about him... i heard he did well in kank also... so it is this improvement which has impressed me...

1) i think he can do emotional scenes pretty well.....let me remind u al fiza (he was just too gud in tht movie infact better than karishma who is much too senior than him),mission kashmir,n last but not d least lakshya (how can u al forget d scene where preity zinta ditched him n d scene where he talks 2 his dad on phone....infact times of india wrote in its review that this was one of d best emotional performance ever given on screen....surely i dont need 2 say nething else)

2)hrithik hasnt done comedy much...infact i dont think he has done ne full comedy movie...as far as d question of abhishek goes...all he does is copy his hather....n as far as his comedy goes i found d comedy of bunty aur babli really pathetic thts all i can say

oops tht was father i wrote above.......n d reliance point...i agree tht its a lot of hype but then they wud have got equal hype if they had signed abhishek or ne other actor....y take hrithik ? infact seeing d fact tht ambani's n bachhan's r very close...abhishek shud have been d obvious choice but he wasnt ever wondered y ?even a co. as big as reliance looks where it invests its money n if tht person is worth it or not
