The characterization of aishwarya rai and her father was not so great. The father-daughter duo was finally (without much reason) shown to be at the opposite side. a weak plot and characterization.

 Aishwarya's character is unconvincing,also her relationship which with her father which seem to be opposite  and also love angle between Abhishek and Aishwarya.It just takes few mins for abhishek to get over his wife's death.And that hand holding scnene does not fit.Ash initially portrayed as strong business woman asks abhi can he accompany him to hospital to see his father? very funny...Strong business woman always seen crying shedding tears???

Where is the fire when ash tries to convince on the project to Subhash and Shankar?No emotion when Sarkar says his men killed her father???Most of these important scenes are weekly done.

The script is good, but weakly executed.

Even a strongest person has a weak point, that's when touched, changes him to be different personality. Aish in Sarkar raj is one similar person who is not having any emotional bonding with her father, a strong Business woman but not complete as a daughter. When she sees this Father-Son relationship between Amitabh and Abhishek,it touches her weak point and changes her to be a emotional person. Abhishek and her conversation regarding his family values and his thoughts gets her closer to him.
The relation between Abhishek & his wife has never shown very strong like a normal husband-wife relationship(remember the scene where Tanisha informs Abhishek about her pregnancy, Abhishek doesn't react much) . May be because after leaving his first love(Katrina) in the first part Abhishek marries Tanisha just to keep his parents words. Abhishek has been show more focussed towards maintaining the strength and the empire built by his father, Sarkar. I don't see anything wrong in the scenes mentioned by Cat.

It's owing to the fast pace and focus of the movie, that relationships, other than Amitabh and Abhishek's, are not explored. Usually movies like The Godfather and the likes have this pace and approach.

I liked the movie and I think the sequel to this, is when you'll see the stress on Aish's character. I'm not sure why it is not understood that it's a part by part tale. The way Abhishek's character was wrapped up, and the note at which Ash was left, wasn't the no frills, no nonsense approach of the film clear?

And yet, the gradual shift of Ash's interest from business to people was visible. It seemed she was being imparted knowledge from Abhishek. Abhishek explaining her his own understanding of profits....

If the screenplay or the story line is being discussed, liking could differ with people. Errors? hmm...nah - no glaring ones. And if one is looking for errors......then well! ;)

well yes..specially the relationship shown between aby and ash is also a error...bcoz....a married man....cant have this kinda relation.....so it also shows that aby was lackin in love for his own wife tanushree....this was d main error i found
