Most of the movies starring Aftab Shivdasani are rejected by the mass but are close to my heart. Especially the ones like Muskaan, Footpath, Pyaasa, Kya Yehi Pyar Hain, Ankahee, Shukriya and Life Mein Kabhie Kabhiee. These are super-classic movies in my opinion. As I have stated earlier, Aftab may be ignored by the mass but is largely appreciated and acclaimed by the real critics -- the class and the elites who feels and understand cinema from the heart.

I also love movies like Dil Kya Kare and Raincoat very much.

Kabhi Alvida naa Kehna - It was delivering a message which is not of Indian culture that marriage doesn't mean that guaranteed you will love that person only for the rest of your life . I guess that's why it flopped
