ONE OF MY KITTENS WAS NAMED ROCKY...

 

I was in class 5 or 6 when Rocky was released along with another movie – Love Story.

Yesteryear actor Sunil Dutta and Ranjendra Kumar both launched their sons Sanjay Dutta and Kumar Gaurav respectively.

 

One grave mistake – both movies were released simultaneously and thus a competition was created for no reason whatsoever !We, the people are hungry for new things – if only the two movies were released after good number of months – things would certainly have been different – well Destiny …? Or is it ‘immature move’? (eg. Rakesh Roshn and Amitabh Bachchan learnt from the past mistakes of their senior colleagues and thus ‘Kaho na pyaar hai’ and ‘Refugee’ were not released simultaneously.)

 

Anyways, Kumar gaurav’s Love Story was a smash hit – he was good looking and the ‘love’ thing always works in India ( since love hardly exists in real life lol) .

 

A major set back for Sanju baba – he was the only pampered son of ace actors Sunil and Nargis – could not live up to the expectations of his parents . .peer pressure and public sneer  – next step – Drugs.

 

We read in film magazines that Tina Munim (now Tina Ambani) was his girl friend and Nargis had even made her her virtual daughter-in-law. Nargis died and Tina left Sanju baba – result – more drugs.

 

We all know that underworld dons and goons are closely associated with the Bollywood ppl . They use them to turn their black money into white …or something like that. Sanjay became pally with them and started interacting with them. He saw their lives closely and thus his performance as ‘underworld’goon , Khalnayak improved to the extent of reaching perfection !

 

His close association with the goons obviously affected his private life as well – thus many women came in his life and went away from his life too, drugs and alcohol is all a part of life of the poor goons – since they (goons) never had any ‘family’ life – no diwali / birthday/Christmas celebration, no mother making good food, no father buying things for them…..!

 Well how much is he to be blamed under TADA case is not really known to me. Maybe some ‘khalnayak’ friend gave the gun to him as a present and in order to ‘ not to hurt’ a goon’s already hurtful life – he must have accepted it…..well I don’t really know !

He is Sanjay "Dutt" and not Dutta ! ;-)

but you never spoke about how he left drugs, and came on track, I think he should be given a credit for that as well, how many people have the courage to come out in open and accept that they are drug addicts, atleast Sanju Baba had that courage, he didnt care about is image

Well now talking about Kumar Gaurav, today Sanjay "Dutt" is a star and just watch Kumar Gaurav he ended up being a side actor in Kante...

There is always a positive aspect in everything.....throwing some light on that would have been better! 

hmmm...yeah 'Dutt' not Dutta - mistake accepted ! (see I am such a gracious Lady (ahem)!

Courageous to have come out in the open!? - & declared himself as drug addict?!!! not courage my dear - but the media ppl hounding him all the time - the film magazines- ever ready to defame them at the bat of an eye lid - they are the eye-sore to many..many ....

Kumar gaurav's father was very prudent - to some extent he was to be blamed for not letting his son take just any and every role....

Sanju baba got entangled with the underworld goons bcoz he accepted to sign the movies sponsored by them(the goons ie) - not many actors like to do so and way back in the 80's seldom did ppl like to get their names attached to goons - later the goons became sauve and infilterated the Bollywood in a sophisticated manner - marketed themselves well...so now most of them are connected to the goons...and also see the downfall of Indian cinema - 3rd rated or Z grade Directors were hired to make a commercial film and add some semi nude item girls gyrate - movie will be a hit - its all abt 'effective marketing' - thus began a new era of films - we have grown up in the 80's - we know and have learnt a lot on life's philosophy from movies - the reason why i say 'movies' are great motivators...esp. in the contry of the 'illiterates' - that apun ka India is...

Sanju is a 'star' bcoz if in every second movie u get to see him - u kinda start accepting him and he becomes a star....kumar gaurav - still lives with all his gaurav (pride) and not living in a prison cell...beta jaisi karni vaisi bharni - there are no short cuts to success - u try a short cut...and u r sure to be in trouble - who puts u in troublesome situation? - Simple ! - the ppl who struggled their way to the top ......life is not all that easy and neither a 3 hrs long movie...

so in whatever interviews sanju baba keeps admitting the mistakes he made is not courage and that is film magazines and media????

Yes he was involved with the underworld but I think only to the extent that he was working in films financed by them, just like all the other actors were doing, I think the 80s and the early 90s saw this era of the rise of underworld involvement in the Film Industry, I think any actor or actress for that matter couldnt have done anything more... 

Yes Kumar Gaurav never took the short cut to success, the result of that is he is nowhere..... Well I really doubt the phrase "shortcut to success" What is shortcut to success in film industry, eyeing an opportunity towards which Kumar gaurav closed his eyes? Infact he knew nothing about acting, and if not knowing acting and then too trying to act and torture people sitting in the Cinema Halls is "not taking shortcut to success" then yes Kumar Gaurav was best in it.

There are a lot of mistakes that you end up doing out of immaturity, but you grow up in life, and that has what happened with Sanjay Dutt, Yes he definitely did a mistake by keeping a banned gun, but I think he has already suffered enough and has come on track...you missed a major aspect of his life, the political enemity between his father (Sunil Dutt) and Bal Thakrey that landed him in this mess, just do some googling and you will come to know the facts, or if you followed the news closely during the TADA days, Bal Thakrey was a bigshot in maharashtra those days......as you yourself said life is much more than what it seems......

Kumar gaurav who is that actor It seems he did not do more then 10 movies.. Even Amir Khan has been choosy but he has made amazing movies.. So there is no comparision between Kumar Gaurav and Sanjay Dutt.. I know Sanjay Dutt was the bad boy or Khalnayak ho bollywood.. But now definately he has transformed to munna bhai.. And if he would have been in company of bad ppl he would have been in parliament on his father's seat and not have done lage raho munna bhai.

Kumar gaurav must be doing some business or something not brooding -at least he has some sense of self respect - not go on and on and on trying his luck - but departing gracefully!

...and think about it - LAst Judgement day ..and the Gods are giving away awards to us humans ....and the best Villain award of the era..nominees are : Hitler, Saddam, Osama......how wud u like it?

I can definitely make my post look better by using terms like "asshole" but is this my priority? well now coming to the point what you do in Kolkata people might not do elsewhere, Kolkata is not the entire country, you cant deny Gandhigiri overall just because some people in Kolkata follow communism this doesnt mean that whole of India follows it.

People found Munna Bhai intersting and pretty motivating, there were incidents when Ramadoss (I hope you know who Ramadoss is, as he does not hail from Kolkata) was sent flowers and all that stuff happened, and you cant term these people as "idiotic fools" Gandhiji had a pretty long list of followers..... and we definitely had other options in the time of britishers, just because you dont like his ideals doesnt mean that you can put a question mark on the entire freedom struggle, and all the sacrifices made by them ......

No Sanju baba has not given in writing that he has changed for good, and so is true for Kumar Gaurav, has he given you in writing that he has not been involved in any bad deeds, he hasnt brocken the law even once, or he hasnt succumbed to the demands of underworld.... the rules are same for everybody here... whatever you know about Kumar Gaurav, I guess you know that through the media, or is he personally calling you up and giving the updates. Yes he might be very successful in bussiness, but has he given you in "writing" on a "stamp paper"  that he is not doing any manipulation with the taxes, that he is paying?

array nahi yaar -  apun toh punter insaan hai - celebrity log kahe ku merku phonewa karenge !?No Kumar Gaurav does not personally ring me up ...i guess he is busy nowadays ......trying to un-tarnish his Brother-inlaw's image - Sala sahab ...sanju baba is his sala ..oh! of course u know that !!

...infact i was pretty surprised and sad for Vijeyta Pandit - when Kumar gaurav dumped her and married sanju's sis !...both the sisters had a sad life - Sulakshna loved Sanjeev Kumar ..but he loved Hema malini and thus never married...and Vijeta was dumped by KG ....who knows it was her wrath that worked.....and KG flopped.....pandits afterall - one shud not play with their emotions....

yeah! of course i respect and admire GAndhiji yaar - how cud u get such an idea that i don't - a body needs all sorts systems to perform its task successfully - bole toh - respiratory syst,circulatory syst,nervous syst...so all kinds of movements were required to set Mother India free....what irritates me is that nowadays focus is only on the reproductive syst.....thus rest of the systs are speedily collapsing - kuch samjhe?

what i was saying that shopping malls made of glass look good when the environment /surrounding matches ...but here in kol we have hut & thatches outside glass houses - thus i am against the wastefulness of ppl who are either scared of underworld goons or are not affected by whatever is happening around them !Kol is communist - bcoz they have reason for it - ppl died here - shed their blood - ofcorse it happend in other border roads as well - at least Gandhiji saved several lives in the middle....

anyways good to know that u r above prostitution and item gilrs and blah blah...hope girls read such blogs and know that there are good men also...else they r speedily losing hope and taking to item girlism.....
