did you not notice that there was a long list of movies that had either a blind, deaf, or someone who couldn't speak in it or all three. like tom,dick and harry then chup chup ke, golmaal and so on. don't you find it a bit annoying.

More include: Salaam-e-ishq, honeymoon travels and just married.

Then there were : Joggers park, nishabd and Cheeni Kum.

Don't know if its intentional or not but looks too much to be a coincidence.

one more trend is remaking old movies... don, umrao jaan, sholay, amar akbar anthony... looks like too much of ideas sharing...

but don't you think that now the movies because they are all the smae theres not much point in watching them i mean you can just predict the storylines. i was watching jaan-e-mann just yesterday for the first time and i knew what was going to happen. also the indian industry is turning too modern now theres naked people everywhere. i mean its turning too british, when i want to watch an indian dilm it is to get away from all that but now i may as well just stick to the english movies. the last movie i watched that was really good and contained no stupid bits has to be Vivah that was the best film. i love it so much. it contains truth and brings a point across. also have you noticed that people enjoyed that film with no modern scenes in the movie. so it goes to show that some people love that in an indian film. it should go back to the times when those kind of things were hard to even talk about. got to admit though sometimes those films are good i'm not trying to contradict my point but if you all get what i mean.

yes it is true that some of the movies are formula based, where you can almost predict whats going to happen... but bollywood is no longer abt just these films... and in fact ppl have given thumbs down to these formula movies... u have lots of movies on different subjects, off-beat stuff, bollywood is experimenting for sure and in some cases it excels...

vivaah had the classic line - unka ek pair safalta ki oonchai par hain aur doosra pair saadgi ki zammen par.. hspraveen was floored by that line
