Hey ppl,

why is it that nowadays to get a movie and prove your talent as an actor, one has to be a star son/daughter or connected somehow to the film industry? And when others are given a chance, the industry or now the Corporates just write them off, calling them a big risk? Take Khushboo for eg., songs are on tv and they are great. Both the new boy and girl look confident and are good looking etc. So why is noone writing about them? Why are there no articles or interviews? Why is the media so star struck that they don't want to give new ppl a chance unless they are connected or unless i guess they give money, bribe, to the media to get written about! Its a sad state of affairs....the industry always needs fresh talent and its not necessary that only Genes can ensure that...we have examples like Kumar Gaurav, Sanjay Kapoor, Aamir's brother, Esha Deol, Bobby Deol etc to support the statement.

Do you think its unfair for new ppl rank outsiders to struggle so much?
