After their latest release Hotel California, Anoop Menon will once more team up with Aji John, for a movie to be titled Kingfisher.
Anoop Menon is currently busy with the script work of the movie, which will have Jayasurya in an important role.
The shooting of the movie is expected to start in a couple of months.
After a small gap, director Shyamaprasad will have a release this week. His latest film English, which was shot in London will hit the theatres on the May 24.
Scripted by American Malayalee Ajayan Venugopal, English deals with the various facets of Malayali diaspora's life in London.
The film features Mukesh, Jayasurya, Nivin Pauly, and Nadia Moidu in the lead roles, while Murali Menon, Remya Nambisan, and Sona Nair are also cast in important roles.
Tamil actor -director Samuthirakani will don the role of communist reformer P Krishnapillai, in the biopic on the late leader, titled Vasanthathinte Kanal Vazhikalil, which is under production.
Directed by Anil V Nagendran, the movie is expected to become a landmark in Mollywood. The movie is narrated in the form of the personal experiences of an 88 year old lady to a media reporter.
After his much appreciated performance in dual roles films like Pachakuthira and Kunjikoonan, Janapriyanayakan Dileep will will once again be seen in a double role in the movie Saddham Shivan.
Aaru Sundarikalude Katha, directed by Rajesh K Abraham starring Lakshmi Rai, Lena Abhilash, Nadia Moidu, Shamna Kasim, Zarina Wahab, Prathap Pothen, Naren and Umang Jain in the lead roles hit screens on Friday.
