‘Joe Alex’ aka ‘Appu’ (Manu), who is working in private firm and is silently in love with his childhood friend ‘Thara John’ (Athmiya), whom he accompanies daily to her office and back. Thara is a reluctant, inexpressive girl who loves to do all good things in the world. As Appu’s parents are planning to move out of the city to their ancestral village, Appu decides to express his love to Thara. Meanwhile, ‘Shyam’ (Richard), the stylish, immensely rich CEO of the aviation company where Thara is working as an air hostess, confesses his love for her.

Papilio Budha to be screened in British Film Institute Film Festival
Papilio Budha, the movie from Jayan Cheriyan which has earned a special mention of the jury in the recent State awards has been selected for the British Festival. Papilio Buddha has been included in the section‘minds’, and will be screened on March 19 and 20. The festival will be held from 14th to 24th of March at South Bank in London.
The movie will become only Indian entry in the 27th LLGFF of British Film Institute.
Mohanlal-Jayaram’s Kashmir to start rolling soon
Though they had been in the same industry for more than two decades, Mohanlal and Jayaram have rarely shared screen for same films. The two actors will be seen together in Joshiy’s upcoming film Kashmir, scripted by Sethu.
The movie will start rolling in the first week of March. The locations are mostly in and around Kashmir, except a few sequences shot in Kochi.
