Ahista Ahista

This movie is really not worth watching and i would do anything to take back those hours i spent watching it!!!!

The storyline is really stupid, a boy (Abhay Deol) meets a girl (Soha Ali Khan). Abhay plays a guy working as a witness in the marriage registrar in Delhi, and Soha and the man she loves agree to run away and get married there. Only he never turns up!

Abahy's character Ankush comes to the rescue and helps Soha's character Megha by offering her support in the strange, alien city she has stumbled into. He finds her places to stay, gets out a loan for her  and  a job working at an old peoples home so she can earn money. While the two begin to know each other they form a close bond but don't recognise it. Megha helps Ankush to make a better person of himself and earn a decent living while he helps her to forget her past and her love. Just when Ankush falls in love with her and proposes a twist is formed in the story.

Dheeraj, Megha's old lover returns and is searching for her determined to make her his bride as well. Megha's feelings return at the sight of him and she is torn between the decision of who to choose. Ankhush the man who did everything he could to help her make a new life and Dheeraj who not long ago was her life.

The acting throughput the movie is good and the characters do their best to present their characters in a way the audience appreciates them and Soha and Abhay both pull it off. However the story and the acting are two separate things. It is a typical love story which is revealed at a slow pace almost making you fall asleep.  I would reccomend that you don't watch it but the decision is yours!!!
