OH MY GOD! GREAT MOVIE!
I hadn't seen a movie of john's were he's a softer character, so I couldn't really appreciate his acting fully. But now... DAMN! he's so good. That song he sang for the girl? "Bebasi Dard Ka Aalam" I played in all night long....(read more) I loved it. The actors were fantastic, Rani was beautiful as usual and Amitabh wonderful. The message was very powerful. This all made for a great 2hr and 48mn. I cried, smiled, laughed. Great movie!
The subject for the movie was a great one, maybe it's been recycled over and over like people said, but I personally think that this was a pretty good success. So it really doesn't matter if it was made over or something.
I loved that movie.

This film explained what loving is all about. It's all about sacrifice, the ability to punish yourself so as to make that person you love happy, feel special. Tradition is great but sometimes it's a fucker, it not so nice when tradition punishes people. I personnaly believe that it was a sadistic god or bastard that made those unhappy tradition. Ialso believe that if the dead love you they won't want you sad when they are gone. And i'm very sure Avinash(Salman Khan), wanted the best for his wife. Her father in law was the best, loviung her as a daughter, not wanting to keep her there forever just to see her hapiness flutter away. Imagine a life without colour! I'll die. So watch it. It's also the only innocent part i've seem John Abraham act. Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Salman Khan, Rani.
