Choti si Baat tells a story of how arun(amol palekar) pataos Prabha(vidya sinha). Its a pretty typical story where the shy guy arun thinks a lot, but is hesitant to make a move. In between nagesh tries to steal his damsel .. But then arun gets the ultimate love fundas from Col. Singh(ashok kumar) and ... . Its a simple story, but well told.

its a great comedy, with the small comedy sequences well done.. many times they show the transformations of arun before and after the training by col. singh.

Overall a must see , with friends or family,
