Captain Raja Sethi (Sanjay Dutt) and Captain Jeet Sharma (Salman Khan) are two agents part of an anti-terrorist team who are on a mission to capture terrorist Nasheman (Raveena Tandon). Raja is however kidnapped by Nasheman's henchman Mast Gul (Rahul Dev) and tortured. Jeet sets out to rescue him but now Raja has joined Nasheman's terrorist group after being brainwashed by Mast Gul into believing he has been abandoned to be left to die
