Some movies begin with a thought and do justice to it. But some would not only do injustice to the movie, but miss the thought completely and infact frustrate the audience. Its difficult to understand what the movie is based on.

1. Depicting the problems of living  in a  suburb in mumbai.

2. Issues of a middle class society.

3. Issues of having too much or too little.

4. Problems with  non-mumbaikars.

Hard to know what the movie wishes to depict. Giving u an idea, Raj puri(Sushant Singh)  is a stock brocker, moved to a new residence with his beautiful wife Kartika Rane. As they try to get on with their life in their new 2 BHK, Sushant starts facing problems with the watchman's whislte blowing. This starts disturbing his night, office time, work, married life and eventually his career. Neither the secretary of the society(Rajat Kapoor) who has developed this security model which he is proud of , nor his wife, his friend (Vrajesh hirjee), the other people in the society, Police in his area, Chief minister, etc will help him . No one of them will help him or come to his rescue. Similarly the sleeping tablets, ear buds, homeopathy, feng shui... Nothing can help him in this situation . Eventually, the moral of the story is..... hard to understand.  Infact, what the story wishes to sugggest is totally unknown as the end is very confusing.

The story, screenplay seems to be faulty at times. 1. Sushant is ready to go to the Police, write a letter to CM, infact  even feesl like killing his secretary to get rid of the whistle noise. but, he would not close his windows to stop the noise. Seems like he is bent on not to resolve his problem. If he closes the window, he would  not be able to hear the noise, but he does not wants such a simple solution.

2. He says he is in Mumbai for the last six years, I wonder where was he staying, Mumbai has been like this for so many decades. Noise can be  abig issue in mumbai. If he did not face this situation before, its surprising how he survived till now in mumbai. Because he cannot bear some one listening to music, using the mixer or doing spices in their homes. The vehicles and music noise is a common thing in Mumbai. If one is staying here for so much time and still facing issues is really surprising. If one comes from outside Mumbai and then faces such issues than its understandable.

3. He stays on the 3rd floor and still can hear the whistling voices.... thats kind of unusual, considering the watchman is 74 years old and is usually drunk on duty. Either the watch man has a fantastic health and is going to a great gym or Sushant has super audible ears to hear that noise.

4. He suggest the watchman that he would find a new job for him but till then he should  stop blowing the whistle. How could this solve his problem?. If he wishes to bribe the watchman, than there are beeter ways to do them.  Like offering money. As Sushant's business deals in lakhs and crores he can consider giving a meagre Rs 100 or 500 to the watch man who receives just Rs.1500 as salary. Infact he could give an extra Rs 1500 to him for not blowing the whistle and get rid of his problem.

5. The story seems fine in the 1st half but in the second half, sushant starts  irritating and all his gimmicks makes you leave the movie than and there. Its hard to understand how an educated citizen who he feels is demanding his basic right, behaves in such an irritating manner with his Wife, friends, colleagues and neighbours. He just gives the impression of being a not understanding, selfish, rude and uneducated person.

6.Rajat Kapoor:- He is shown to be a Gujrati in the movie. But he cant even speak basic Kemche and Majja ma che. His Gujrati replies are pathetic and he looks more like a Sindhi than a Gujrati.

Lots of other problems in the story. Now talking of the actors in the movie.

1.Sushant Singh:- You read a lot about him above. If he just followed what the director told him to do. Than he tried too hard and maybe he should have improvised  a bit on the script.

2. Kartika Rane:-  Hardly anything to do in the movie except 10 dailogues, a bed scene and to appear cute.Whatever has come her way in the movie, she has excellently played that.  She should have got a longer role in the movie.

3.Vrasheh Hirjee :- He is the supporting actor in the movie. Nicely played his role. Also his punches were good. He has improved a lot. Maybe Director Jaydeep should give him more to do in his further movies.

4.Rajat kapoor:- He is shown to be a Gujrati in the movie. But he cant even speak basic Kemche and Majja ma che. His Gujrati replies are pathetic and looks more like a Sindhi than a Gujrati.

No one more is seen in the movie, there are supporting roles from other corners but they are hardly noticeable.

Overall, the movie gives the impresssion that it was begin with an idea and than as the movie progressesed, they made changes to include other things and as they reached towrds the end, no one had a clue what story line the movie is going and where it should be ended. So just a timepass flick and if you like the sound of a whistle than you should watch it else better dont annoy your sound buds.
