The story begins with Honey (Shweta) who is a very trustworthy and most reliable employee in a company. Added to that, she is one of the most beautiful girls one has ever seen. Honey has a boyfriend Raj (Bharath) and both of them are keen on settling down in life but not before making some money. The opportunity comes to Honey when her boss gives her a cheque of Rs Two crores to be deposited in the bank. Honey teams up with Raj and both of them gallop to Hyderabad with the cheque. Soon, they take up a rental house titled 'Ananda Nilayam' and in no time, Raj gets murdered and Honey goes missing. Time passes and one day, four friends (Rajesh, Kishore, Banti, Shashi) take up the same residence. The owner is Anand (Harshavardhan) and soon Chandu (Sivaji), a friend of the four joins them. Chandu is a bit of a psycho character and after his arrival, one after the other, the friends keep getting killed. Who is the killer? Why is this happening? All this forms the rest of the story.
