I watched this movie first on a flight to India and dismissed it as half-crap. Later, because Preity Zinta looks so beautiful in that, I watched it again. And loved it. Never watch a movie in flight. It's a light flim, done very well, Abhishek is one of my most-despised actors but he has done a good job. Some scenes are very filmy, but then this is a Hindi film.
The music is excellent given the current context of Hindi film music. The heroines are both pretty and look pretty as they should. If you like the same old story in every film, then go to watch a new film, just pick one from your DVD collection and keep watching that over and over.
A lot was expected from it. The film lacks a story. It was 2007's most unexpected flop.Abhishek's performance was very good and that was the only positive point in the entire film.
Wow, this was a fun change to someone who is only used to American movies. Nice and light, when you don't need a heavy drama.
Plus the imagery is beautiful (Bol na Halke Halke I could watch that scene over and over again for its magic & romance:) and there is a real chemistry bewtween the two heros. This movie so made my week!!
