OH... MY MY WHAT TO SAY SHAHID IS AMAZING MAN I WATCH THE MOVIE. EVEN THOUGH HE IS DOING THIS KIND OF MOVIES FOR THE FIRST TIME HE IS AMAZING. HE DID PERFECTLY FOR THE BOTH ROLES HE DID IN THE MOVIE. TOTALLY I LOVED IT AH............. I AM SO EXITED... LOVE YOU SHAHID......

i didn't understand one thing that went on in that movie....( yeh shahid ka pehla movie jo ache nahee ta)i don't really like it....

it is a nice film including shahid and priyanka. shahid being so cute and choclaty i thought that the charachter of charlie wont suit him but i was wrong. you look great shahid.you rocked the film as a double character. but please do continue your cute and sincerity looks also. i am looking forward to see your movie with amrita rao as in vivah. you look so sweet. best of luck for your career & find out your love.

i really liked the movie coz it's a different one. shahid is so different in the movie but, yet he has very good. i recommend evrybody to watch it but if you dnt like films where there is violence, there less chance that u will like it.
for all those who found it boring, i will ask them to watch it again and as for as those who thought it is useless to watch..., hello, kaminey is TOP at the box office!!!!
both actors were great,especially shahid kapoor.
dhan te nan rocks n pehli baar(male voice) is very romantic.
ita a good movie and dnt be influenced by those who said that it is not worth...

I love very much this movie is the best one ,awesome movie its a superhit movie in this year.
Shahid kapoor played brilliantly both of his roles,one of the toughest doble role of indian cinema and you love both charlie and guddu in the end with same pleasure.
The theme music is the ultimate one and the lyrics are superb.Amol Gupte stands all among all supporting actors and his persona is a rare watch in Indian cinema.
Chandan Roy as Mikhail is also the scene stealer and the conversation of childish act between Bhope Bhau and Mikhail is the highlight of the film.Also watch the confrontation of two brothers and the stylish gangster tashi played by tenzing nima is also a treat to watch.
Vishal Bhardwaj explores the dark side always in his movies,but this time he moves into the real depths of human nature and the climax depicts all the juice of this saga of political-police-underworld saga.Priyanka chopra performed at her best and she get the proper screen space nad her relationship with guddu is very intelligently defined.The movie has alot of twists and turns and you have to be on the edge of your seats to see this masterpiece.Was this review useful ?rocks

finally indias answer to quentin tarantino and guy ritchie is here the film is superb for its electic dialogue ironic mix of humor and violence and some really great moments go check it out to be in awe of shahid kapur and vishal bharadwaj

I found it a decent movie overall. We did not get bored while watching it. But it never grabbed our attention outright.

i rate it 3 and half(and 5 according to chakpak....as here 5 means...i love it...)....the movie is quite slow...but doesnt misses the plot anywhere....the portrayals...imaginations are quite gud.....direction is excellent....and the end sequence steals the show....wht great sequence....one of the most fantastic scenes in recent times....priyanka is gud....SHAHID IS CLASSIC....FINALLY LOOKING MATURE....

hmmm i loved da movie, i guess after a long long time i really loved watching any movie. Kaminey starts off with a deep voice over of charlie (Shahid kapur) and within a few seconds you realise that dis guy is not speaking properly and also that the next 2.5 hours that you are going to spend in the chair of cinema hall are not going to be usual n conventional hours at any regular movie.
Plot- I guess you all must be familiar with the plot idea uptill now so i would not spend much of a time in writing abt the story. In short it is a story of twin brothers who have broken their relationships and are not even willing to see each others faces but as expected destiny has its different toll and such amazing situation is created that both are brought in face to face and then what happens is amazing to watch. there are 3 storylines which run side by side
1. Sweety (priyanka) and guddu's lovestory with da villain Bhope bhau( sweety's big brother and a known politician cum gunda)
2. Charlie and his friend Mikhail and his two bengali brothers with the killing plot of Franfif ( as charlie calls him)
3. A drug consignment between 2 police officers and tashi ( another person from underworld ) who is doing another contract with his foreign collaborators
All this stories get connected by a single thread which is GUITARE (with drugs costing 10 khoka dats 10 crores) and as expected there is lot of confusion with not much of spoon feeding to the viewer and you have to watch it carefully to raelly understand the movie. It is not the kinds where if you really look here and there, or come late from the interval or even miss the beginning that you will understand the movie.
Review-
1. Basic idea-The movie has amazing pace which will keep you attentive throughout i guess which is a great graet compliment for any director. It always keeps you on the edge of your chair. the visuals are very dark some flash back portions are shot black and white so first 10 minutes you really have to involve yourself to actually get into the movie.If a director manages to do that it shows his callibre. Even most of the times camera is hand handelled so even that adds to the cinematic representation of the story telling which the director has discovered and is completely new to indial movie goers. The real fun begins when in the second half we start realising each story and start connecting them on our own i guess at no point of time we know what is going to happen in next frame. which again increases involvement of a viewer.
2. Visuals- Another element which brings in the freshness to the whole experience is the way the movie has been shot. it has some really dark and eerie locations bt the cinematographer manages to shoot the greyness of the plot so beautifully dat even such dark spaces and frames start looking really beautiful and enhances the whole experience
3. Performances- Mind blowing is the word i think each and every actor in the movie is just so good in his position that you think that if this actor would not have done his part no one else would have been able to play his part with that much of honesty and sincerity and flair which i think is very very important for an actor. shahid is in his best point of career and this role would give him break as an actor which he is continuously trying to get, It again proves that he is completely capable of carrying a movie on his shoulders. It suudenly has marked his entry in the big league of stars and actors. He completely does justice to both the characters and is a sure shot winner. Priyanka aka sweety is flawless you can completely understand her mentality and can believe in what she does. Priyanka is saying that she is the biggest 'kamini' in the film but i think she is just as sweet her name sweety another best performance by the actress.She speaks amazing marathi which definitely shows her commitment towards her work. But, the surprise packet is none other than Bhope bhau aka Amol gupte who does his part so beautifully this time perfect 10 on 10 for the person for casting him he just gets into the skin of the character thanks to his mother tongue which is marathi offcourse. which definitely helps him to portray the character with much more ease. even mickhail who plays role of chali's friend has put in considerable efforts as this is his first film.
4. Music- Music is another very very important element in vishal's film. As the direcor himself composes fo his filmsmusic is like skin to his films and it completely does justice to the story. all the tracks are amazing fatak, kaminey, raat ke dhai baje, pehli baar, and how can we forget the best track Dhan tadan. Music is A class and you really feel like listening to the songs even more once you have watched the movie.
5. Bright moments
1) Charlie's dream
2) Flashback sequence
3) The scene where charlie and guddu come to face to face and guddu walks away with guitar.
4) The sequence between priyanka and shahid after they ran away from their wedding altar.
5)Climax
So, in short we can say that it is a movie with its unique style of storytelling and amazing camera angles and visuals, kaminey performances and brilliant soundtrack

well kaminey is the best movie i like and i enjoyed kaminey is full entertaining film
shahid kapoor is the real actor shahid is king of bollywood he is a super star he is very harworking actor shahid in kaminey mindblowing he is very mature actor and let me tell u priyanka chopra is also a great actress in bollywood ranking i would tell u shahid is num 1 actor and priyanka is num 1 actress shahid u r rocking!!!!!!
