Luck borrows its plot from 13 Tzameti and other B-grade Hollywood movies to churn out a bad 80s movie replete it with filmy dialogues. Moussa (Sanjay Dutt) runs a betting racket where the players have to bump off each other to win the prize money. Ram Mehra (Imran Khan), and the other contestants are in it due to various financial and personal reasons.
The only scenes in the movie that are any good are the one where Chitrashi Rawat talks about her dreams and the one where Mithun and Imran have a talk as to why Imran is there. The screenplay is horrible and what could have been an adrenaline pumping thriller ends up looking like a B-grade movie. A serial killer is let off because the rope breaks and there is a double role when there is no need.
