Jeevan is a college dropout and whiles away all his time helping others. He is the son of a TTE in the railways. Jeevan comes in contact with Kamna Jethmalani. A series of events bring them closer.
Kamna takes Jeevan to her father G M Kumar, who is a rich business tycoon. Kamna's family agrees to their marriage. But Jeevan's father is opposed the marriage as he thinks that his good for nothing on is not fit for Kamna. From this stage, the problems for Jeevan multiply. He always finds himself at the wrong end of things. He learns that all this is the handiwork of Kamna's father. So Jeevan runs away with Kamna. Kamna's father is furious and he tries his best to get his daughter back. The rest of the story is about how Jeevan faces the wily Kumar and teaches him a lesson.
