A 'head'less story, the tale begins with Sanjay Shastry (Sivaji) who is a noted golf champion and his dream is to marry a girl from a rich family. True to his wishes, he chances upon Sravya (Kaveri) who comes to India from the US and joins in the golf club. Soon they meet and fall in love. The time comes for Sanjay to meet Sravya's parents and for this he has to go to Bangkok since they would be coming there for a vacation. Sravya's parents (Ahuti Prasad and Tulasi) like Sanjay but things go wrong when Sanjay's bag gets exchanged by mistake to the bag of Mike Tyson (Brahmi) who does the job of a smuggler. This bag contains heads of few killed people and from then on trouble begins for Sanjay. What happens from there forms the rest of the story.
