A usual pot boiler, the film is about Right (Srikanth) who is a noted rowdy in the city but is more known for his good deeds. Then there is ACP Choudhary (Jagapathi Babu) who believes in his own type of law by eliminating the criminals instead of wasting time by court and other procedures. Finally there is a college girl (Kaveri Jha) who surprisingly comes to do research on the lives of rowdies (not sure if a research program like that exists). However, things change after she enters their lives and gradually Right and his team change from a good natured Goondas to good natured match makers and their speciality is to do remarriages which is why their new set up is called 'Malli Pelli Bureau'. But past is not far behind since Right has a rival in the form of Kaasim Bhai (Pradeep Rawat) who is waiting for an opportunity to strike back. What happens in the end? How do Right and Choudhary take care of the evil elements? All this forms the rest of the story.
