K is a smoke addict. Nothing is more important to him than his cancer stick. Finally his wife, Anjali and friend Abbas persuade him to go to Baba Bengali for rehab. Baba Bengali is a strange character with supernatural powers. All of a sudden strange things start happening around K. The movie is about the perseverance of the soul. The quotes at the start of the movie, To be is to do; To be is to do and Do be do be do signify that "karoge toh rahoge, rahoge toh karoge". In various parts of the film one can see K's soul flitting in and out of his body. the bathtub is the portal for the soul and Baba Bengali traps his soul to cleanse it. That's why he says " atma hai to shareer ishvar hai, atma nahi toh shareer nashwar hai". At the end its shown to the audience how K's soul comes out of the furnace and rejoins his body. It took me 4 watches to get the idea but still parts of the film are unclear. Amazing movie!!
