Its was hard to interlink some (most ;) ) scenes and dialogues of this movie. It looked like most of the scenes are symbolic in nature, but coherence was missing. So I think I need to watch the movie 2-3 times more.
This movie is surely not to be watch after post drinking session with chicken biryani. But surely this movied moved most the film watchers. Storyline was not boring and there was something to look forward to all the time(allthough most of us were not understanding anything), still people started walking out (because it created weired kind of environment). I remember same thing happened to "Irreversible" movie during its screening in Canne film festival. After movie was over there was a kind of sadness on faces, wiered smell (I think this was perceived smell because of sadness in heart -- some "chemical locha").
Movie is not for faint hearted and its not a timepass movie (either it will make you think hard or get bored nothing easy going).
I liked the songs Kash Laga, Phunk le. Ayesha Takia deserves whistelings she got in the hall. Bips was good but looked clumsy in the dance. Jesse Randhawa looked like a guy to me for first time. |

No smoking.,Smoking Kills . i know,last night i watched the movie ., The moment i came out of the theatre i was euphoric.,or may be exhaust or may be confused., yeah thats right as i was trying to infer the climax/and the whole movie to some extent.but i had a couple of beer before the movie that helped. :) Well the storyline does not describe the the real soul of the movie., its the treatment which is way ahead and different from regular bollywood stuff.but i m confused whether i liked that movie or not, now u see even after 10 hours i m not not able to figure out few things in the movie specially the endind.how the hell John lost his fingers.neways i never felt bored in the movie either., John has acted well along with paresh rawal and ranvir shorrey. Ayesha'Gadda'Takia was reminding me of someone from HENTAI series and was looking hotter than the hottest in her secretary avatar.over all movie can be seen as many times as u can to infer out something and i think every time u ll notice something extra(And plz let me know if u find something regarding the climax) |

mmm I think I need to watch the movie again, this is the first reaction after I came out of the theatre. Cinematography is good, apart from this actually I am not able to make out anything! It has fundas of Matrix, some shady Ramsay Movie (atma and all that crap).... Nazi like gas chambers. Well if any of u reading this review has the mail address of John Abraham please give it to me, I want to understand the plot...... atleast he mmust have read and understood the script. But apparently he was found saying "this movie is different" and it surely is ! I am giving 2 stars to the movie just because I cannot post here without giving the ratings, but actually I would definitely like to watch it again just because I want to understand the plot... and would hold my rating till then Overall Rating: No Comments (didnt understand the movie) bUt boss Ayesha Takia is definitely hot....... hottest with that red lipstick, red spectacles....white top and black skirt... ooooommmmpppphhhh |

my review in points *This movie has convoluted, yet grasping story line * Its storyabout a guy (john abraham), his fight about quitting smoking, and this sri sri baba bengali. * There is no point writing more about the story line. * Its not for the faint hearted * Its a new genre ! - is more than a thriller, * I liked it :) .. definitely worth a watch, more than once. * Good acting by john, paresh rawal and others. * Ayesha takia is hot .. |

but seriously, i sat through most of the 2 hours thinking it would all be made clear to me in the end. but the movie ends abruptly and there's no explanation for the weird atma, bathtub scenes, ayesha being both wife & secretary, etc. i would not recommend anybody else seeing this movie.
