Underworld Don's Sanghram Singh, Baburao Bheja and Karga, find a tough cop Inspector Shiv in their way. Inspector Shiv is trapped and shot in the head by them. The bullet is lodged in such a way that to remove it could mean Inspector Shiv's death. Due to this reason Inspector Shiv resigns. Shiv's younger brother, joins the police force, and gets after the illegal activities of sanghram and his cronies. On the other hand Shiv and his friend Javed also raid Sanghram's illegal godowns and cause huge losses. Sanghram in fit of madness murders Sangeeta Shiv's wife. Shiv vows that there is no letting up till Sanghram, Baburao and Karga are finished but Ram believes that the law will deal with these people and Shiv must not take the law in his hands.
