Though I won't say much about the film per se' but on a first impression the film reminds me of a very old classic thriller Strangers on a Train (1950) by Alfred Hitchcock. In that film, Guy Haynes (played by Farley Granger) a tenise professional who was frustrated with his spouse and wanted to break free his marriage to get together with his girl friend meets a complete stranger in a train named Bruno Anthony who was physic and was desperately wanting to get kis father killed. Bruno exchanges a conversation with Guy as how they both can swap murders and maintain complete anonymity that could lead to a murder mystry no one can ever break.
In my opinion this film has been inspired (well I am being very polished with my tongue here) though not a complete plagiarism of that original film. Even the director keeps a link with the original nomenclature, calling the film Strangers.
I also remember a Hindi Comedy by Govinda which was crudely Inspired from the same film. If I remeber it right the film was Chalo Ishq Ladaaye.
