Geetha Madhuri, Anand Krishna to tie the knot

Popular Tollywood singer Geetha Madhuri is all set to get married to her friend and actor Anand Krishna very soon. Both of them have got nods from their respective parents and will soon enter into wedlock.

Geetha Madhuri is a popular playback singer and has also won Nandi Award for her performance, while Anand Krishna is an upcoming actor and is trying his luck in Tollywood.

 Let us wish them both best of luck!

Nara Rohit’s next is Shankara

Hero Nara Rohit is back with yet another entertainer and the film title was announced as Shankara.

Directed by Tatineni Satya, the film has Regina playing the heroine. The film’s shoots have almost been completed and only three songs’ shoots are remaining. 

Meanwhile, producer RVC Prasad is planning for the film’s audio launch in June first week and film release in June last week. KS Rama Rao is acting presents the film which has Surendar Reddy handling the camera while Sai Karthik is composing the music.

Siddharth’s Something Something on June 14

Siddharth’s bilingual film Something Something is all set to hit the screens on June 14. The film produced by veteran actress Khushboo and directed by her husband Sundar C is said to be a laugh riot in line with his earlier films.

 The film is being made in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. It was slated for release in the first week of June, but has now been postponed and the date has been confirmed.

Jr NTR’s Ramayya Vastavayya to release on September 27

Jr NTR’s next action entertainer, Ramayya Vastavayya is getting ready and at the moment it is decided that the film will be released on September 27. Sunil Shetty’s special song sequence in Kalimannu

Blessy's latest film Kalimannu has hogged headlines for multitude of reasons even before it is out in theatres. The movie courted controversy for shooting the pregnancy period and delivery of its lead actress Shweta Menon.

Now, the movie has grabbed attention for the special song shot for the publicity of the film.

The song features Bollywood star Sunil Shetty dancing with Shwetha Menon.The song was shot at Udaya Studio near Alappuzha. Set to music by M Jayachandran, this will be a Hindi song set in the backdrop of a Mumbai street.

Suresh Gopi charges one crore for Joshiy's Kashmir

As per the latest industry sources, actor Suresh Gopi has become the third actor in Malayalam to be paid one crore for a film. Till now, only Mammootty and Mohanlal have been able to get such remuneration till now and Suresh Gopi joins the gang now, with his newly signed film Kashmir with senior director Joshiy.

After finding success as an anchor of the popular game show Kodeeswaran, the actor has hiked his pay to one crore for Kashmir.

Three small budget Malayalam films hit the theatres today- Orissa, Aaru Sundarimarude Katha and Vallatha Pahayan.

Orissa by M Padmakumar, stars Unni Mukundan and Sanika Nambiar in the lead roles, and is shot mostly in Odisha.

Aaru Sundarimarude Katha, by Rajesh K Abraham, has six leading ladies Zarina Wahab, Lena, Nadia Moidu, Umang K Jain, Lakshmi Rai and Shamna Kasim, along with Prathap Pothen and Narain.

Prasanna joins Pulivaal team

Actor Prasanna is said to have finished dubbing for Kalyana Samayal Saadham (KSS), written and directed by award winning short filmmaker R S Prasanna.
