Finally again Deepika Padukone will be seen with Shahrukh Khan after the big success in OSO, but this time not as the heroine of SRK, she will have a guest appearance in the upcoming comedy movie Billo Barber, directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Shahrukh Khan himself. This is the first time that SRK will be seen in a comic movie of director Priyadarshan.

Billoo Barber is a remake of Malayalam film Kadha Parayumbol.

Billo (Irrfan Khan) plays a village barber. His business is running low because he has not been able to upgrade himself according to the changing trends. One fine day, a film unit visits his village to shoot a movie. It stars a superstar (Shahrukh Khan), who was once Billo's school friend. All at once, Billo's status in the village changes, and he becomes highly respected. Everyone wants him to meet the superstar. But Billo is unsure, as he feels he cannot compare to the superstar's status. Besides, he fears that the star may not recognize him. He makes many attempts to meet the star but fails. After all these hardships, he gives up. But people think that he lied about the relationship with the star and start insulting him. His family and children also gets upset.

In the end, for an invited school function, the star reveals his past. He tells the audience that in his school days he had a friend who always stood by him in his hardships. He tells how much the friend helped him by providing food when he was hungry, provided clothes when he did not having any. He tells that the friend gave him the money to join acting by selling his ancestral ear ring and that friend happens to be Billo.

After a long time, a situational comedy is going to hit screens across India.

Dasvidaniya. A story about a middle class person, Amar Kaul, played by Vinay Pathak, who is suffering from cancer and is about to die in 3 months and then decides to fulfill all his ambitions before dying, Dasvidaniya is an engaging watch.

I know the story is so not original, but it’s the treatment of the film that makes Dasvidaniya a gem to come out this year. What really makes it special is the impact it has on you while watching it. In the modern time where stock market is coming down, terrorism is increasing even faster than Akshay Kumar’s pay check, Dasvidaniya gives a middle class man a hope to live again and that too with full zeal.

One thing that has never changed about Subhash Ghai over the years…especially since Hero is his sense of music. The man has come out with one popular soundtrack after another. However bad the films might’ve been, the music is evergreen.

I’ve been waiting desperately for Yuvraaj…it being the first time Ghai and Gulzaarsaab join hands. Add ARR to the equation and you have a potential superscore on your hands. The review has raised my hopes all the more. I’m going to buy the cd tomorrow and will post my thoughts on it soon.

Yuvvraj’s Music

The final major selling point of the movie is the music (Ofcourse, its a Subhash Ghai’s Film) and it ought to be. Firstly the legendary A.R.Rahman is composing the music (after Taal and Kisna) with the great lyricist Gulzar. This combo can only enhance our expectations!!!
Like Taal, Yuvvraaj is based on music.

Shah Rukh Khan who is married to Anushka Sharma, with a big age difference between them.Their marriage is not working well and there is no romance between them. Then happens a reality dance show called Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi - which is the main backdrop of the movie.

Apparently Anushka wants to take part in the dance competition but she can't because her husband is old and not hip and happening. She fears that if she dances with him, she will lose the show and become the laughing stock among all her friends, who are taking part in the same.

Shah Rukh Khan overhears his wife's problem and decides to go in for a makeover. He watches some movies and changes his image completely and comes back to the show and woos Anushka off her feet.

All the way through the dance competition, she keeps falling in love with this new and improved Shah Rukh Khan, without once realising that the man she is dancing with is her real husband."

This film is a beautiful romantic movie with Shahrukh Khan in the lead. Anushka Sharma is debuting in this film and is pairing with Shahrukh. We a never-seen-before this version of King Khan.

Firaaq begins in 2002 in the state of Gujarat, where three thousand Muslims died in communal riots. In an early scene of almost Shakespearean gravity, two Muslim men dig a mass grave for the victims. From there, the story jumps forward one month, away from the direct physical effects of the conflict to the more amorphous – but increasingly persistent – inner discord.

When Hanif and Muneera return to the modest home they had fled during the violence, they find it ransacked. With their lives shattered not simply by vandalism but by betrayal from their neighbours, Hanif seeks revenge. Elsewhere, middle-class Hindus Sanjay and Arati were untouched by the hostilities, but are met with new moral challenges. Serene older musician Khan Saheb (Naseeruddin Shah) has tried to transcend religious differences, but as a Muslim living in a Hindu neighbourhood, he now finds this stance more complicated. At the same time, Anu and Sameer, an intermarried Hindu-Muslim couple, finally face the tensions they have long suppressed.

Firaaq has been directed by Nandita Das, prominent Indian actor who has appeared in such films as Deepa Mehta's Fire (96) and Earth (98). Firaaq (08) is her feature writing and directing debut.

Firaaq is an Urdu word that means both separation and quest. Like this courageous and essential debut film, the word acknowledges divisions while pointing a way forward to hope

The much awaited film “RANG RASIYA”, internationally known as the Colours of Passion, has been selected to be screened at two prestigious international film festivals. That he had photographs of the righteous is less common animals to man. Raja Ravi Verma, who was married to Queen Bhageerathi Bayi one of the Royal family and three daughters and two sons.

The film is based on the story of Raja Ravi Verma relationship with the muse Sugandha. Sugansha is played by Nandana Sen and passion is prevalent in the paintings of Raja Ravi Verma up as a topic of the film. Raja Ravi Varma's paintings had been accused of unethical paintings depicting Hindu gods, and he was arrested for his works. He completed Sugandha, a muse and he imagined that matches the beauty Raja Ravi Verma, in his mind.

Out to be the inspiration Sugandha turns for the Raja Ravi Varma, who paints her as a god. He painted many pictures to take Sugandha his subject, and the price paid for Sugandha tell your pictures.
