This movie proves a stand of its own as far as the performance and direction is concerned...............an applaudable performance by himesh reshamiya,an awesome performance by urmila and some good performances of supporting actors like danny dengzopa,rohini hattangadi,raj babbar and gulshan grover and some good music numbers.There is no need to comparison between old Karz which is a milestone and the new one as it stands on its performance.Himesh performance makes all the difference to the film.In all a watchable movie.

It,s a disappointment to see such a movie with bad storyline with such good star cast.There is no freshness in screenplay and the movie becomes suddenly a remake of ZINDA.The first half of movie is giid and bounds the audience to their seats,but the second part is too bad and boring..........There is no exceptional acting by anyone except watching sanjay dutt after one year.Imran khan's performance is average..................................and there is no scope of acting for minissha lamba except for skin showing.The only memorable scene is chasing of Imran Khan by Sanjay Dutt just after the intermission...........All In all a below average movie.
