Rakshith Shetty, who is riding high on the success of his film Simpleaag Ond Love Story which is marching towards its 50th day, is all set to turn director with a film titled Ulidavaru Kandanthe.

Rakshith first made his debut as a hero in Tughlaq, but the film was a disaster at the box-office. His second film however, Simpleaag Ond Love Story, gave him the much required success and just every producer of Gandhinagar is trying to sign him for their new film.

Prem who had announced that he would be doing a film with Sudeep in the lead seems to have changed his mind. The director turned actor has now decided to direct a full length 3D film which is all set to be launched later this year.

English actress who has a done a few films and soaps has been roped in for Komal-Shriki-Tarun starrer Goa which is a remake of Tamil hit Goa.

Though Rachel has acted in Shahrukh Khan starrer Don-2 in a small role earlier, this is her first big project in South India. The film is all about three youths meeting a foreign girl in Goa on a vacation and the team was in search of a foreign actress and Rachel has been finalised. Rachel even attended the muhurath of the film held recently in Bangalore.

Sudeep who normally doesn't care much for the promotion of his films is now on a promotional drive for his upcoming release Bachchan which is all set to release on the 12th of April.
