Yaan, the maiden directorial venture of noted cinematographer Ravi K Chandran and being produced by R S Infotainment, is nearing completion.
The film starring Jiiva and Thulasi in the lead has already seen the completion of two schedules in Karjat and Hyderabad.
The director on his part said that the lead pair has electrifying screen presence.
S P Jananathan, who directed Peranmai with Jayam Ravi, is slated to start his next, Thooku Thandanai, with the actor and Jiiva in the lead.
Meanwhile, he is busy penning the dialogues for Boologam, directed by his assistant Kalyanakrishnan who helped him a big deal in Peranmai. The film has Jayam Ravi and Trisha in the lead.
Director S P Jananathan, who has been lying low after Jayam Ravi-starrer Peranmai, is set to begin his next venture. He has announced a multi-starrer, which will star Jayam Ravi and Jiiva in the lead.
According to sources, Jananathan is set to start the project some time in March after Jayam Ravi and Jiiva are done with their ongoing films.

The audio of Vikram and Jiiva-starrer David directed by Bijoy Nambiar has been released. The bilingual’s album has nine songs set to tune by five music composers including 'Kolaveri'-fame Anirudh Ravichander.
Vikram will feature in both, the Hindi and Tamil versions, while Jiiva is part of the Tamil version alone. The film is a story of two different Davids in two times and stars Nasser, Lara Dutta, Tabu and Isha Sharvani in pivotal roles.
The film is expected to release on February 1.
Jiiva celebrated his birthday on Friday. The Ko star, who is awaiting the release of his bilingual David, is also part of Endrendrum Punnagai and cinematographer Ravi K Chandran's directorial debut Yaan.
Ahmed, director of Endrendrum Punnagai and Tamizh Selvan, producer, greeted Jiiva on Friday. Members of Jiiva’s fan clubs organized many welfare events to mark their favorite star’s birthday.
Bejoy Nambiar's David, a bilingual in Hindi and Tamil, has created a lot of expectation during its making. The film, whose Tamil version stars Vikram and Jiiva in lead roles, is scheduled to release February 1. It is also being said that the audio launch is slated to take place in Chennai later this evening.
Apart from Vikram, Jiiva and Tabu in key roles, Isha Sharvani and Nassar are also in the cast. The film is about the lives of two different Davids and about the decisions they take which impacts their future forever.
