Priyamani to re-shoot item number
Priyamani who came under the spotlight after she was roped in to do an item number in Shahrukh Khan's upcoming movie Chennai Express, will be doing a re-shoot of the song.
According to sources, the film's makers have decided to sober down the item song as a result of the proposed amendments in Censorship laws with reference to item numbers.
The song which features Shahrukh alongside Priyamani will be choreographed by Prabhu Deva's brother Raju Sundaram.
Case filed against Anushka and Priyamani
A petition has been filed against Anushka and Priyamani in the Malkajgiri court, for misleading the society with sleazy costumes. The petition was filed by an activist named Subuddhi, who is a retired government employee.
Subuddhi mentioned in his petition that cases should be booked against the actresses under IPC section 290. The petition has been accepted by the court.
Since Tollywood films are known for ample skin show by their actresses, it would be interesting to know what would be the court’s verdict on the case.

Just a day after the news broke out that ETV Kannada owned by VIACOM is all set to host the famous reality show 'Big Boss', news about Sudeep giving a nod to become the Big Boss is doing the rounds.
If sources are to be believed, Sudeep has accepted to be the Big Boss of the first edition of the reality program amidst his tight schedule. The shooting would start in the month of March and the series is likely to be telecasted in April. The program, like the Hindi version will be shot in a specially erected set in Lonavala.
