With the general assembly elections coming to an end on Sunday, Sandalwood is eagerly awaiting the results to find out who amongst their colleagues will make it to the Assembly.

This time more than 10 celebrities from Sandalwood have contested in the elections out of which Rebel Star Ambarish and Pooja Gandhi are the prominent ones. While Ambarish has contested from the Mandya constituency representing Congress, Pooja Gandhi contested in the Raichur constituency from BSR Congress.

Actor-director Sudeep who was one of the guests at the recently held Crazy Star audio release at Garuda Mall lauded V Ravichandran and said that he want to make Ravichandran happy by being part of good films.

Its election time in Karnataka and a lot of celebrities from Sandalwood are busy either joining political parties or campaigning for the political parties.

The latest to join the bandwagon is director Rajendra Singh Babu, N R Nanjundegowda and music composer Hamsalekha. All the three are seniors in their respective fields.
